Entrada Compound – New Administrative Capital, Egypt

The 72 Feddan Development, developed by Sorouh Developments, is a large-scale mixed-use project located in the R7 District of the New Administrative Capital. The project features modern residential, commercial, and service facilities designed to create an integrated urban community with high standards of quality and sustainability.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for preparing the Structural (Civil) Workshop Drawings for the project. The scope included developing detailed execution drawings, reinforcing steel detailing, technical coordination with other engineering disciplines, and producing comprehensive construction documentation to ensure accurate execution, compliance with project specifications, engineering codes, and the highest standards of quality.
