Marassi Project - North coast

The Marassi Project on Egypt’s North Coast is one of the country’s premier coastal developments, featuring luxury residential communities with world-class amenities and contemporary urban planning. This scope covered eight residential building types, including villas, townhouses, and twin houses, designed to meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and structural performance.

O.Y.K Consultants, working for Redcon Construction, was responsible for the Civil Design Check of the project. The scope included reviewing and verifying structural designs for all residential unit types, ensuring compliance with engineering codes, project specifications, and quality standards while supporting accurate execution and structural integrity throughout the project.
