Garden City Compound is a residential development located in Ras Sedr, South Sinai, designed as an integrated community that combines thoughtfully planned residential areas with landscaped spaces and supporting facilities. The project aims to create a comfortable and attractive environment that responds to the unique coastal character of Ras Sedr while ensuring efficient planning and high-quality development standards.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Master Planning, Complete Design, and Supervision of the project. The scope included developing the overall master plan, preparing the integrated architectural, structural, and MEP designs, coordinating the various engineering disciplines, and supervising construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, engineering codes, and quality standards.
