The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) – Sandoub Branch is a modern banking facility located in Sandoub City, Egypt, with a total built-up area of approximately 1,000 m². The project was developed to provide a secure, efficient, and customer-oriented banking environment, fully complying with the Central Bank of Egypt’s requirements, the Egyptian Code, and the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational performance.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Complete Design and Full Supervision of the project, covering Architectural, Structural (Civil), and MEP Engineering disciplines. The scope included developing the complete engineering design, coordinating all disciplines, preparing construction documentation, and providing comprehensive site supervision to ensure full compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout all phases of execution.
