77 Mall is a modern commercial development located in the R03 District of the New Administrative Capital, developed by Rayan Developments. The project was designed to provide a contemporary retail and business destination with functional spaces, modern architectural solutions, and integrated engineering systems that support efficient operation and a high-quality visitor experience. 

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the design and full supervision of the project, covering the development and coordination of the required engineering works and overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, applicable engineering codes, quality standards, and safety requirements.
