The Commercial International Bank (CIB) – Nile Tower Branch was developed to provide a modern, secure, and efficient banking environment that meets the operational requirements of one of Egypt’s leading financial institutions. The project was executed in accordance with the agreed specifications, banking industry requirements, applicable engineering codes, and recognized construction standards to ensure the highest levels of quality, functionality, and safety.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the total design and complete supervision of the project, covering Architectural, Structural (Civil), and MEP Engineering disciplines. The scope included integrated engineering design, multidisciplinary coordination, and full construction supervision, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and the highest engineering and quality standards throughout all phases of execution.
