VOCO Mall is a modern commercial and mixed-use development located in the R3 District of the New Administrative Capital, Egypt. The project was designed to provide a contemporary business and retail destination, combining high-quality commercial spaces with modern architectural design, efficient building systems, and integrated engineering solutions to create a functional and attractive environment for businesses and visitors.
O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Complete Design and Full Supervision of the project, covering Architectural, Structural (Civil), and MEP Engineering disciplines. The scope included developing the complete engineering design, coordinating all disciplines, preparing the required construction documentation, and providing full site supervision to ensure compliance with engineering codes, project specifications, and the highest standards of quality, safety, and execution throughout all phases of the project.
