The SAWARI Compound in New Alexandria is a large-scale residential development designed to provide a modern and integrated living environment. This scope covered three mid-firise residential building types, developed with contemporary architectural concepts, efcient structural systems, and high-quality engineering standards to support sustainable urban living.
O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Civil Design Check for all three building types. The scope included reviewing and verifying structural calculations and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering codes, project specifications, and quality standards, while supporting safe construction, structural integrity, and efficient project execution.
