Majaz Mall is a modern commercial and administrative development located in the Tourist Area of 6th of October City, Egypt. The project was planned to provide a dynamic business environment through contemporary architecture, attractive outdoor spaces, and a functional landscape that enhances the visitor experience while complementing the project’s commercial and office facilities.
O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Landscape Design and Supervision of the project. The scope included designing the external landscape, hardscape and softscape elements, pedestrian pathways, outdoor public spaces, and site features, as well as supervising the implementation to ensure compliance with the approved design, project specifications, and the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
