SODIC East – New Cairo

SODIC East is a landmark 655-acre mixed-use development located in New Cairo, strategically positioned between the Cairo–Suez Road and Cairo–Ismailia Road, near El Shorouk City and the New Administrative Capital. The project integrates residential, commercial, and administrative components within a master-planned community, offering modern architecture, expansive green spaces, premium amenities, and advanced infrastructure to create a sustainable and vibrant urban destination.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Full Design Check and Permit Approvals for the project, covering Architectural, Structural (Civil), and MEP Engineering disciplines. The scope included reviewing and verifying engineering designs, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering codes, project specifications, and regulatory requirements, as well as coordinating permit approvals to support the efficient and successful delivery of the development.
