Tourah Cement Plant upgrades line 1 & 2

The Tourah Cement Plant Upgrades project involved the modernization and enhancement of Production Lines 1 and 2 at the Tourah Cement Plant in Helwan, Cairo, Egypt. The project aimed to improve production efficiency, strengthen structural performance, and upgrade electromechanical systems in accordance with modern industrial standards, ensuring reliable operation and long-term plant performance.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Civil, Steel Structure, and Electromechanical Design & Supervision of the project. The scope included structural and steel engineering design, electromechanical systems design, multidisciplinary coordination, and full construction supervision to ensure compliance with engineering codes, project specifications, safety regulations, and the highest standards of quality throughout the upgrade works.
