O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Full Design Check, Permit Approvals, and engineering review of the project, covering Architectural, Structural (Civil), and MEP Engineering disciplines. The scope included reviewing and verifying all engineering designs, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering codes and project specifications, coordinating with the relevant authorities to obtain the required permits, and supporting the successful delivery of the project in accordance with the highest standards of quality and performance.
