Pagoda Tower, New Administrative Capital

The Pagoda Tower is a landmark mixed-use development located in the New Administrative Capital, consisting of 3 Basement Levels, Ground Floor, and 13 Typical Floors (3B + G + 13). The project was designed to provide modern commercial and administrative spaces with efficient layouts, high-quality engineering systems, and contemporary architectural standards.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the architectural redesign, the preparation of complete workshop drawings covering Architectural, Structural (Civil), and MEP Engineering, as well as full construction supervision. The scope included redesigning the architectural layout, developing detailed execution drawings, coordinating all engineering disciplines, and supervising construction works to ensure full compliance with project specifications, engineering codes, and the highest standards of quality and execution.
