The CLAN Complex is a mixed-use development located in the Magawish area of Hurghada, designed to support modern residential, commercial, and recreational functions within a well-planned environment. The project emphasizes reliable infrastructure, efficient building services, and sustainable engineering solutions to ensure long-term operational performance and user comfort.
O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the MEP and Infrastructure Design of the project. The scope included the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the external infrastructure networks, ensuring seamless integration between all engineering disciplines while complying with project specifications, applicable engineering codes, and the highest standards of quality and performance.
