The Commercial International Bank (CIB) – Matrouh Branch was developed to provide modern banking services within a contemporary, secure, and highly efficient environment. The project was designed in accordance with CIB’s technical standards, applicable engineering codes, and industry best practices, ensuring reliable building performance, operational efficiency, and customer comfort.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the MEP Design and Supervision of the project. The scope included the design and on-site supervision of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring seamless integration with the architectural and structural works, full compliance with project specifications and safety regulations, and the delivery of high-performance building services that meet the operational requirements of a modern banking facility.
