The Address East is a premium mixed-use development in New Cairo, built over approximately 60 acres. The project combines modern residential communities with commercial facilities, offering a contemporary lifestyle through high-quality design, integrated infrastructure, and carefully planned urban spaces.
O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the full design check, permits, and construction supervision of the project, covering Architectural, Structural (Civil), and MEP Engineering disciplines. The scope included reviewing and verifying all engineering designs, obtaining the required permits, coordinating between disciplines, and supervising construction works to ensure full compliance with engineering codes, project specifications, and the highest quality standards throughout all phases of execution.
