The project consists of Ground Floor + 3 Floors + 2 Basement Levels<\/strong>, designed to provide a dynamic retail and commercial destination with contemporary architecture, efficient space planning, and advanced engineering systems. The development offers an integrated environment that supports shopping, business activities, and visitor convenience while meeting the highest standards of functionality and quality.<\/p>

O.Y.K Consultants<\/strong> was responsible for the Complete Design and Full Supervision<\/strong> of the project, covering Architectural, Structural (Civil), and MEP Engineering<\/strong> disciplines.
