The Marassi Project<\/strong> on Egypt’s North Coast is one of the country’s premier coastal developments, featuring luxury residential communities with world-class amenities and contemporary urban planning. This scope covered eight residential building types<\/strong>, including villas, townhouses, and twin houses<\/strong>, designed to meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and structural performance.<\/p>

O.Y.K Consultants<\/strong>, working for Redcon Construction<\/strong>, was responsible for the Civil Design Check<\/strong> of the project.
