The VAI 4T1 project is a modern administrative building located in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, consisting of a ground floor, ten typical floors, and three basement levels.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the design review and verification, ensuring full compliance with applicable engineering codes, project specifications, and quality standards. The scope of work also included the preparation of detailed workshop drawings to support accurate execution, effective coordination among disciplines, and efficient construction on site.
