The 16 Feddan Project is a mixed-use development located in Obour City, Egypt, planned to create a modern and integrated urban environment that combines residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The master plan was developed to maximize land utilization while ensuring efficient circulation, functional zoning, and sustainable urban growth.

O.Y.K Consultants was responsible for the Architectural Design and Master Planning of the project. The scope included developing the project’s architectural concept, preparing the master plan, organizing land use and circulation networks, and creating a well-balanced urban layout that meets project objectives while complying with planning regulations and modern design standards.
